How to generate Dummy Text?

Very often while using PowerPoint, we might have to work on layouts without content. With PowerPoint now one can add Dummy Text easily to their presentations. In PowerPoint 2010 and later, one can even add text to any shape.

  1. Open a New blank presentation
  2. Click on the Home at the Menu bar on top.
  3. Add textbox.
  4. Go And Type: =lorem()
  5. Hit Enter
  6. Similarly, One can directly add shapes and Type: =lorem() to add dummy text

Tip: If you want 2 paragraphs of 3 liners type ‘lorem (2,3).
